LIFESTYLE: February in Review

Illustrated Teacup Feb in Review

We're another month into 2015 and it has been a busy one. After a slight set back mid month due to illness, it's been pretty busy all round, but I've never been happier.

So here is my round up of the month.

We celebrated our seven year anniversary - you can read our little story here. It's been an amazing seven years, and I can not wait for the next seven, and many more. Dann bought me the cutest Toothless plushie as we nicknamed Archimedes after the black dragon.

We also celebrated Dann's birthday. Our day was spent in Brighton at the tattoo convention, followed by a double date at Wagamamas with my best friend and her husband. No birthday would be complete without tattoos and japanese food!

We finally exchanged contracts on our house, so will be leaving our little flat in March. To say I'm over the moon would be an understatement. I'm looking forward to making my house look like a home from Pinterest and creating our own space. We've even been paint shopping!

As you will know from this here blog, and my Twitter, we attended Brighton Tattoo Convention for two days. Both myself and Dann got work done, and we honestly had an amazing two days - read all about the trip here. We treated ourselves to a hotel stay including a fancy four-poster bed, and the most amazing breakfast - Dann had kippers and scrambled egg, and I've never seen him so happy about breakfast food!

Which brings me onto my new tattoo addition. Post due in March with an overview of tattooist Jenna Kerr. But I will tell you that it was totally worth the five and a half hours of tattooing, I'm totally in love with it.

My little Archimedes turned three! I can't believe how fast he is growing up - see his photos here. He's simply one of the greatest things in my life.

Sadly I had to say goodbye to one of my friends as she is moving up the country for work. The last six months have been a joy hanging out with her. She's taught me lots about presenting myself at work and fashion colours. She's such a smart girl, and I cannot wait to go to Turkey with her in the summer!
