Oxygen Free Jumping

October 19, 2016

Last weekend, I kind of did some exercise!!
I know, don’t freak out, but it wasn’t the traditional kind of exercise, and you guys are going to love it.

A little while back, Oxygen Freejumping came to Southampton, and ever since I’ve really wanted to go. And last weekend thanks to the Sotonbloggers I got to go!!

Oxygen Freejumping is basically a huge trampoline park! And it is the most amount of fun!
The park is filled with trampolines across the floor and walls, with sections for little ones and dodgeball, as well as the professional area including wall-walking. There is also a foam filled obstacle course, and giant airbag to throw/bounce your way into.

We spent an our jumping around and getting our sweat on.
This place literally has something for everyone.

I think what I’m most excited about, as a parent, is the Little O’s sessions. These sessions from 10-11am each morning is designed especially for five year olds and under, plus parents, to have a run and bounce around. I literally can’t wait for Henry to be a little bigger so we can do this with him – I’m really feeling this for his birthdays! Plus you Oxygen host trampoline parties too!

The grip socks that are worn throughout the park – they’re £1 in Southampton, and are re-useable so you only have to buy them once!

Inside the safety briefing – warning no backflips or double flips allowed! Not that I could do that anyhow!!

You can find your closest Oxygen Freejumping park on their website, and if you’re local to Southampton, I really recommend the park in Antelope Park. At £10 for an hour of fun, it’s a bargain!

Thank you to Sotonbloggers for organising, and Oxygen Southampton for hosting us and getting us our own little section for photos!

Have you been to a trampoline park?

We have one of these nearby, Ryze it's called. I went there with a few friends and it was so much fun! We played dodgeball and had a great time. I really felt it the next day.Roxie | The Beautiful Bluebird

As a mother who loves to travel, I’d love to take Henry on a trip to Disneyland Paris someday. The trip won’t be cheap, but I’ve learned that I can buy or rent a Disney Vacation Club timeshare on the DVC Resale Market at a steeply discounted price.
