Anyone else find guys REALLY difficult to shop for?
Dann to be fair to him isn’t hugely difficult to buy for, especially as he has a few major hobbies, next to never buys himself anything, and is generally happy with any gift you give him.
But all other blokes, I struggle.
So here’s a guide for the guys that have everything, my men’s Christmas Gift Guide.
Skateboard* – £79.95
So if you want to win some major brownie points with the Skaterboy in your life, than look no further. This is the Toy Machine Sect Turtle Face Skateboard*, and it’s basically guaranteed to get the guys blood pumping. Both Dann and Henry love to visit our local skate park, and with Henry on new wheels, I felt Dann needed a set too, plus this was a must for a “cool Dad” right?
Not a fan of skateboards, but want to fit in with the wheely crowd? Then stunt scootering might be up your alley instead. Scooters have upped their game since I was a kid and used a scooter for my paper route (I can’t ride a bike!) and these scooters by District are sure to stand out and be right at the top of everyone’s Santa list.
VonShef Espresso Maker* – £19.99
Every guy deserves some really great coffee, especially at Christmas, so why not treat him to this VonShef Espresso maker. It makes up to six espressos, on both gas and electric hobs, and comes with 4 glass cups too, all together in a lovely giftbox, making the perfect gift for coffee lovers, and dads-to-be!
The Bluebeards Revenge Soap Stack* – £13.99
Toiletries don’t just have to be for the ladies! Guys need a helping hand in the bathroom too, and what better way than with this stack of supersized manly soaps. They’re all scented with a men’s barbershop in mind, so no floral smells here, so think fresh, simple, clean, and a little bit of Caribbean oils.
Build a Brick Mug – from £5.39
A fun little stocking filler, or gift for the office Secret Santa, and great for any Lego geeks. This is a plastic mug, with little Lego style bricks, all ready to be built onto whilst housing your hot beverage of choice. These come in a range of colours, and can be picked up on eBay and Amazon for around £5 making it ideal as a quirky filler gift.
Spice Pioneers Subscription* – from £27 for a 3 month subscription
For your food lover man, the Spice Pioneers subscription is the gift that keeps on giving. This subscription sends your giftee a box every month (chose between 3, 6 and 12 months) delivered in a handy letterbox sized box containing themed ingredients and spices, as well as recipes and concepts for meals. All the herbs and spices are individually packaged and clearly marked, with a range of spices and chillis. Plus the recipe book has great ideas for interesting and new dishes, perfect for the next Masterchef!
So what are you buying for the man in your life?
