LIFESTYLE: A bloggers night out

It's been a little while since I've had a good little evening out, but last Friday I ventured out with some of the Southampton Bloggers for a beauty and food evening.

We started our evening at Clinique at Boots for their Pep-Start Eye Cream launch.
Now I'm no beauty blogger but I am growing to like trying out new products and learning about new techniques, innovations and brands.

I am also taking lots of advice and info from the girls who all have amazing skincare routines and opinions on all kind of masks, colours and lotions!

The new eye cream from Clinique is super cute, you know I love anything in orange, and it adds a real pop of colour to Cliniques ordinary muted pallette of colours, perfectly timed ahead of spring. As for the cream itself, it is super light and effortlessly goes onto skin, which is kind of idea for an eye cream. And the applicator means you really make the most of the product inside.

As beauty bloggers, Clinique basically let us go mad and try lots of products, including their rather gorgeous looking macaron inspired lip scrubs and balms, and their chubby sticks.

After a little pampering and a little bit of make up playing, we made our way over to Vodka Revolution in Bedford Place for food (and cocktails for the girls). Plus we had to celebrate two birthdays!!

I do love the girls evenings out with bloggers. Unlike you may think, we really don't just talk blogging and stats. It's just a group of girls talking about all aspects of life, and to be honest, they're the best bunch! And no one questions you when you take a photo of your food or all the drinks on the table!!
